If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (example: a big sale is going on), shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

NOTICE: Due to COVID-19 we are expecting a delivery time increase by 1-2 weeks to most countries. This is on top of the 5 -15 days it would usually take. Please Take this into consideration as once your order is shipped we can not refund you until you ship it back in unused condition. 

3-What is your return policy ? 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your must provide photos/videos of the item to
returns@queenfitnessessentials.com and it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


Once your photos/videos are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
